Igor Dedusenko

Igor Dedusenko believes that the purpose of music, as a true form of art, is to make this world a little more beautiful. Every sound made with his fingers is full of this idea, a wish of showing the world not as it is but the way he sees it. Subjectivism as a personal ideology, dreams confronting everyday routine. Every vibration of a string – a unique reality, each piece of interpretation – a history, never to repeat. “Live in the moment, as if future was never to come and past is just an empty word, for music hates affectation and repetition.” is his life motto.

Musician named one of the most significant young artists of his generation, has an ability to form an incredible connection with an audience, to make his performance a remarkable, almost spiritual experience.

 Born in a musical family, Igor Dedusenko started showing a talent for music very early. Guitar was his first choice and first love, he started studying the instrument at the age of 7 under the direction of Karl Pogockiy, a wonderful teacher, who introduced him into the world of music, and taught him a many valuable lessons  and a year later he won his first competition. First of many that came later.

Studied on Music Academy in Minsk (Belarus) and later on Poznan Academy of Music ( Poland) in the class of Lukasz Kuropaczewski , who recognized him as one of the biggest talents of the decade and  said that “what distinguishes Igor is an incredible sensitivity and  musical imagination, so rarely seen in someone that young. He belongs to the very small circle of guitarists who plays true music!”
